Your staff is always very friendly and I enjoy my visits to your salon. I was a little underwhelmed during my last visit because my stylist took a walk-in during my appointment - she does a WONDERFUL job on my hair color (always), but I'm not thrilled with my haircut this time. She was in a hurry and said I could come back if I still wasn't happy with it when I got home... she also didn't do my 2 salon treatments (neck/scalp massage and makeup touch-up). Again, I'm sure it was because she was double-booked. I really expect to leave the salon with a cut that I love, especially because I shell out at least $150 each time I visit.
