Review content:
They send out a lot of coupons and when I went in for an advertised oil change, they told me I needed over $700 worth of repairs. I okayed the itemized repairs but when I when I went to pick up the car, one item he charged me $68 instead of the estimated $30. I objected and Marty said he charged that because his guy ended up spending more time on it than he anticipated. "But you said $30 on the estimate." I protested. Marty, clearly angry, reached over and grabbed a paper and slapped it down on the counter in front of me. It was a coupon for another "cheap" oil change. He refused to adjust the price. Needless to say, I never went back. (Plus, I had to have another repair shop fix that particular item!!)
