both sides of my kitchen sink were clogged, I tried plunging it and pouring some drain-o down there with no success, so I knew it was time to call a plumber. I called Mr. Rooter, the lady who I talked to was extremely nice and stated they would have someone out to take a look at it within an hour. I assumed this really meant a few hours, but I was wrong! 10 minutes later I recieved a courtesy call from the same lady stating that my plumber (David I think was his name) was on the way and should arrive within 30 minutes. Sure enough, he arrived on time (infact it could have been a little earlier than 30 minutes?) and expecting a dirty, overweight man with a mustache to be at my door, I found a very clean, fit gentlmen who seemed to actually understand the delema I was in. He was able to diagnose the problem swiftly, write up an estimate for me before he started any work (which was about $50 cheaper then companies I've used in the past for similiar problems mind you) and get my stubborn sink fixed. He also showed a lot of respect for my home by wearing little booties over his boots the entire time, and cleaned up a very minimal mess when he was done! I was very suprised at the way this company presented itself, and I will definitely be using them again if anything else seems to go wrong in my home. Just thought I would share my two cents!
