The Dain Shoppe is THE place to visit if you want to find the perfect fitting undergarments. Especially known for their sexy corsets and bustiers, this small and bustling store is definitely a place to visit if you're getting married and want your gown to fit just right but also want to have some nice little numbers to go on the honeymoon. They also do custom fittings for the bride, mother of the bride and bridal party.
Cathy Earnhardt is a lingerie lady who knows her stuff. She can tell you a thing or two about your body and what looks the most flattering. And this goes as well for her very capable, competent staff. The line of lingerie, undergarments and nightgowns is quite extensive for this small shop (Vanity Fair, Donna Karan, Vassarette, Chantelle--my personal favorite) but oh are they special. You WILL find something that not only fits here but is pretty, as well. Cathy and her staff are there to help--so let them!
The Dain Shoppe carries the Hanky Panky line of lingerie, sportswear and sleepwear which I've grown to love. Check out the trendy Diva (an Oprah favorite) and Mavi jeans.
This place also does custom fittings for women who've had masectomies--they are sensitive, caring and will help you look your best. A good thing.
