Paines serves the greater Torrington and New Hartford Connecticut areas. We had them as our garbage service when we lived there.
Any time I called with a question or I needed a dumpster they were there in a flash answered all of my questions over the phone.
Their dumpster and their residential garbage service prices are reasonable and you can always rely on them to pick up your refuse when they say they will.
