Review content:
Tonight, we went to Chevys Fresh Mex with a party of ten. We had made prior reservations. We had by far the worst service that we have had in a long time. When we first arrived, we were waited to be seated. From the outside section that we were going to be sitting in, a gentleman came out and asked if they had a waitress because they had not been served. We proceed to sit there and wait for the other people in our party to arrive. We could not believe at how slow the service was. She would not refill our drinks in a timely fashion, our fajitas were not sizzling like normal, and even the chicken seemed to be cold. I could not imagine the service we had received, but then noticed that the other parties in our area were not receiving the same service. All tables in our area were 8+ people which meant that the waitress was guaranteed a 18% tip. Chevys needs to rethink this policy, because it means that the wait staff does not have to serve their customers properly!!
