We had problems with our septic tank for months, and even paid quite a bit to another company to have it cleaned. When we had a repeat problem we called the original servicing company - they couldn't come for 4 days - leaving me and my 3 kids with no water? I don't think so. So we called Scott at All Around Septic. He came right over, stayed until 9 at night on a Friday to make sure we had a temporary solution, and charged us half of what the other company did. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to my husband, and then again to me. He brought over a proposal on a Saturday to fix the problem, and it was a fraction of the other quotes we got, solving the problem in stages rather than trying to replace our entire system if it isn't needed. He came promptly on Wednesday to replace our tank, worked with me with the no water situation. He advised us about a leak that we had. We we all done in about half the day, and he left the lawn looking very good. He also did a test to check our soil quality. This was all included in his price.
Overall I found him to be very reliable, reasonably priced, and his customer service was Outstanding! I will never use anyone else for any service to my septic.
