When you walk in a dealership and have to wait 45 min for the person you had an APPOINTMENT with... just walk out. had an appointment with Brad at 11 and it was 11:45 when he got to me.. He knew I had a 9 week old baby with me and I was in a hurry-I just wanted to look at the car and see if I liked it and have him do the rest with my signature and social and I would be back to sign and pick it up. I told him about a deal I was making at First Texas Honda and he began to bad mouth them.. Now, don't get me wrong we all do it.. BUT NOT TO CUSTOMERS. That put an awful taste in my mouth and I left. I went back to First Texas and bought my civic with nav for 20.4k. Which, Brad said that they wouldn't do at Howdy.
