Review content:
Very nice low income housing, apartments are clean and up to date. Rent is based on your income, and number of people in your family. Trash pick up is included, they have dumpsters, instead of having to buy blue trash bags.
There is a Moberly Police officer living in one of the apartments, his job is to be on site in case any problems come up.
Head Start is located in the front of the community. So it is good if you don't have a car.
