Businiess name:  Roto-Rooter Plumbing Service
Review by:  Mandy S.
Review content:
We had two different plumbers come to our home on the same day. The first was here to give us an estimate on installing a toilet. He was very friendly, but told us there was no way he could put in the toilet we had in the existing space. We mentioned a flange extender that we saw online as an option for moving the hole that already exists, and he told us there was no such thing. The second plumber came out when we ended up with a leak in our kitchen later that day. In order to check on the leak, he of course had to cut a hole in the ceiling. However, instead of cutting a hole just small enough to look through, he cut a very uneven hold that is 1.5' by 2'! There was no reason to cut a hole that large, and I had to pay over $100 for him to do a hack job on my ceiling. I really feel that he should have had more respect for our home than leaving us with what he did.
