well first this is a pet store yes it has some smell but animals stink they do not use the toilet but poop and pee wear and when they want the customer service is A+ and the prices are good if u can't spend a certain amount on a pet then you shouldn't get one because in the future DR. bills cost$ these are not toys but the animals in that store will be one day if u can afford it be your new family member all in all this store is kept clean and thats that
