If you live or travel to Aledo, you must work your way down FM 1187 in nearly always heavy traffic. Next time, take a break and stop at this popular donut shop.
Aledo Donuts is family owned and operated. They have a nice selection of donuts and pastries, but we always go for the sausage rolls. There are a few tables if you want to eat there. Aledo Donuts sells beverages - water, juice, soda, milk out of a refrigerator case. You pick out what you want and pay for it when your donuts are bagged.
The owners are super friendly and super fast at selling donuts. They may be a line but you'll be eating sausage rolls in no time.
