I had my vehicle towed in on wed October 14th 2009 for repairs due to an accident. I called the very same day and asked them when my car would be started and finished. they told me my car would be started on the following monday the 19th and fixed by friday the 23rd. My husband called on wednesday the 21st to see what the status of my car was and they told him that the parts haven't even been received yet. So my car wouldn't be done by friday. So my husband called back on Tuesday the 27th and someone told him they were still waiting on parts, so then I called them and spoke with Brad to see what was taking so long. I think that a business should operate openly and honestly when you are paying them for a job. I don't feel I was treated with that respect. I was tossed around back and forth with different people telling me different things and was never given a clear answer. My car will be finished at 3:00 today the 29th, a week later than they originally were supposed to finish the job.. This is the second time i've gone to them and this happens. I understand that things come up and they are busy but they should b
