Dillards hires the worst employees ever and promotes them as well!!! The store manager at this store was trying to get rid of old inventory so he put up signs throughout the store "75% off of all clearance items". I went around and started picking up items. I had about 20 items in my hands. I went to the cashier and started paying for everything. He said that the manager didnt know how to calculate 75% off so he gave all the cashiers calculators instead of programming the system - thats just dumb. Secondly, after he rang up 10 items, the manager came over and said "Wow, I didnt know people would buy all this up so fast. Im changing the promotion to 50% off. Re-ring up all their murchandise" I walked out of the store. Idiots.
