When we visited here the first time we were surprised that this was not exactly like other home furnishing stores. The sales staff was not exactly jumping to greet us at the door. We must have walked around the sales floor 10 - 12 minutes before a sales person could be bothered enough to approach us and ask if we needed anything...
They do offer quality hardwood custom furniture, like Home theaters, Home Offices, Bedrooms, Kid Bedrooms, Sofas, and Built-In Furniture that is hand crafted to accommodate your specific design and size requirements, it's just too bad that they don't customize their customer service.
