I'm not a huge fan of pastrami sandwiches, but I'll have to say that when my husband ordered the pastrami, and I took a bite of it, I finished the rest of the sandwich. The pastrami was very flavorful and so was the melted cheese. It was a bit greasy,but well worth the extra calories. I'm sure they have lighter sandwiches, but I can't comment on them since I haven't tried them, nor plan to. The San Francisco Deli is always very busy and I can understand why-they make great food with consistent quality. The price is reasonable for the quality.
