Super San Francisco Bay Area piano dealer and I think they are the oldest family owned dealer. Felt like I was dealing with a family owned store, I met the owner and the owner's sister who seems very nice and then this Chinese guy comes up and says this (the owner) (kiddingly) is my brother.
I had fun buying a piano, how weird is that! I know I got a good deal because I shopped the local dealers and checked the 'Larry Fine'-"Piano Book" and it was then confirmed by the book!
Shop them all, it is the right way to compare, read the Fine - piano book too.
