Good: I had a special antic indian carpet and I needed a company who using a Host cleaning system for cleaning special carpets. Pacific Building Care of San Luis Obispo was the only company in town that does Host carpet cleaning but they do steam and bonnet, I only needed the host system. Improvements: I couldn't say anything really, they arrived early, they were nice to me and they cleaned their mess too. Real trained people.. Other: I was happy with saving my original family antic indian carpet, there were stains that I thought would never come out but Pacific Building Care came and was able to remove all the stains I was worried about they removed them. Yet the price was not as bad I as thought it would be, the staff were real professional about it, they spent 2 hours on it going over and over it carefully until they got the stains out. I really thought they did a good job..
