If you are looking for a mortgage advisor, I recommend Warren Craig highly. He is extremely helpful. Warren was recommended to us by Pete Sandoval at Family Crest Real Estate for a refinance.
Here a sample of the kind of service you will get:
*He came to our house at our convenience to process our loan.
*He kept in contact with us and the appraiser until the appraisal was completed. I was having a hard time reaching the appraiser and Warren took care of my scheduling the appraisal for me.
*He kept the records we needed to give him to a BARE minimum. We only had to provide a couple things. There were some items I was supposed to look for, but as soon as Warren determined we didn't need them, he called right away so I wouldn't have to do any extra digging.
*The next February after we closed on our loan, he mailed us (without being asked to) the information we would need to claim our interest and points on our taxes.
*He sends us something every month, one month it was chocolates and a helium balloon, another month it was an Entertainment coupon book.
If followup and follow-through are important to you, you will be happy with Warren Craig.
