Businiess name:  Chicken Express
Review by:  Catherine W.
Review content:
Chicken Express is a chain of fried chicken fast food restaurants in the Ft. Worth area, and in many rural communites to the west. It isn't the healthiest thing to eat and it will cost you more than the 99 cent burger at Wendy's but it's worth every penny. The chicken is always tender and moist. The outside is crispy, crunchy and abundant. No weird spices either. A 2 piece chicken meal with a biscuit runs about $5. Other popular items are the chicken tenders (kids love them) and fried catfish. The sides are pretty darn good as well. You don't find fried okra on alot of drive-thru menus but Chicken Express cooks up some mighty fine okra. One thing that is kind of neat about Chicken Express is the employess come out to the drive-thru to take your order as you pull up the menu. No confusion, no yelling in microphones and no stress. This particular location is a brand new "drive-in" just like Sonic. Super convenient, clean and friendly employees. I'm taking a star off because we really all should be eating a salad.
