I want to commend you for the fantastic service NorthStar provided for my two-step move last Sunday. Shai, Benjamin and Giovanni arrived right at 8AM ? they were professional, punctual and hard working. They moved me from San Pedro, picked up our other load in Mission Viejo and dropped everything off at two public storage units in an amazingly short period of time. My friend was so impressed she immediately signed on to have them ship her piano to Arizona ? all of which Shai arrange via phone while continuing to unload our goods at public storage. We just found out the piano was already in Arizona yesterday! I was fully prepared for the one more bad moving experience of being stood-up, overcharged and broken items, but my/our experience was exactly the opposite. I am definitely using NorthStar for my move to the Dominican Republic and have already started recommending NorthStar to everyone. Your professionalism is refreshing and, one again, I want to commend your great team of Shai, Benjamin and Giovanni. Thanks! Janis.
