Review content:
I was recommended this company by my realtor. This guys were quick to come out to my house to get the deposit, however, for the past 4 weeks thereafter, I never heard from them.
After spending a week trying to get in touch with someone who knew about my fence, they blamed the delay intially on the mason who was supposed to do the columns before doing the entire fence. When the mason came round, I look at the date of the fax receipt which was the day before. Apparently, these guys would not have even bothered to do my job if I had not chased them down.
Till date (8weeks), my fence has not been erected because they say the rains have made the ground too soft. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL, I GUESS THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO CARE ABOUT THE LITTLE GUY.
Pros: Been the business for a while
Cons: Been in the business for a while and too busy to get back to you. Not enough staff to do your job ,poor communication
