Businiess name:  Saraya American Middle Eastern

Review content:
Whereas the 'Dancing Greek Restaurant' can manage well over 100 people at a time, the more intimate Saraya is where one escapes for quite, authentic cusine in a smaller environment. The food here differs in that it is more 'in-country' style of Lebanese/middle East cuisine. Their Baba Ganoush is smokey, but chunky...pieces of eggplant chopped roughly giving the dish some real texture. This is a plus. I cannot remember having a better cut of Lamb than at Saraya. I recommend a stop for lunch at Saraya as their lunch values are fair considering the complexities of the meal. And don't forget to have some Baklava! The latest cook is from Syria. And he delivers a puch of fine flavor profiles in all his dishes. What are you waiting for???? GO ALREADY! Pros: Authentic taste of the JEWELS of the Mediteranean: Lebanon and Syria! Cons: Interior/exterior Decor needs a little attention.
