Review content:
It has about five locations, including one in the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, and I'm betting every one is as SLOW as the other. I understand that fresh brewed coffee by the cup takes time, but these stores need to hire more than TWO people to take orders and do the work. The coffee is good, especially St. Louis Blues and American Gothic, and the Java Cooler in the summer is delicious. But I'd take Starbucks around the corner downtown anytime, because you're through the line and in your coffeehouse seat within minutes, not what seems like hours. The downtown JH does have more ambiance than a chain store. Cushy chairs, mission style furniture and lighting, and live music on occasion. But speed it up, or I'm off to frappucino-land.
