tILE AND GRANITE DEPOT, ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF A HORRIBLE CONTRACTOR. This company has demonstrated exactly what not to do as a business. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. Not only did they completely miss three installation dates without a phone call or decent excuse, when they did install my granite it was done poorly. They put a seem where it shouldn't be and left a large gap on another piece. They agreed to correct the problem but I've been waiting and waiting. I picked out the new slab of granite two months ago and they still won't respond to correct my problem. Don't count on them to respond to you, you'll be making all the calls and effort. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of other granite companies that are willing to provide at least a small amount of customer service.
Pros: None, I could have went somewhere else for the same price
