Tonight was our second time to visit this restaurant in the last month - 1st time was lunch - restaurant was pretty empty and food took about 20 minutes to come out - the chicken salad sandwich was good but the shrimp and appetizers were over breaded and cold. Thought was fluke and made reservation for Valentine's day since 1 minutes from house and have 2 kids (one 2 and one 14yrs.) showed up 15 minutes early - told would be 10 minutes - 30 minuteslater told 20 minutes max - total of 1 hr and 15 minutes later finally sat at table in back. gave our orders right away - 2yr. olds order for chicken fingers went with the drink order. No joke - 40 MINUTES later received chicken with wrong side, ice cold. Told by waitress rest of food was waiting at counter for her to bring - we asked for boxes since had been 2.7 hours and toddler WAY past bedtime - too tired to eat. DIdn't see waitress again till 20 minutes later and then she asked if we just wanted check and not the food. I still can't believe we were charged for a kid's meal anddrinks when it was wrong, cold andnever received our dinners - actually went through McDonald's so 14 yr. old could get food. Never happier to have food fast and a friendly person. My husband andI never hada chance to eat - even complained to hostess. didn't care. We weren't theonly ones to finally give up and leave.. Toldby wait staff that mgmt (Van) doesn't care cause always enough customers. WILL TELL EVERYONE HOW HORRIBLE IT WAS!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! SHOULD STICK TO SERVING ONLY 3 OR 4 ITEMS and at least bring out salads... GOOD thing is makes me like McDonald's more than ever have before.

Cons: never received food except kidmeal which was wrongand very cold, poor service
