In anticipation of the Ritz Carlton across the street, Villa Abbate is a jewel in waiting. This is easily one of the best italian restaurants in all of Palm Springs and the surrounding territories. The food is outstanding, the experience even more. I dare say that I've never had a meal, in a restaurant, that was made with so much homemade love and care as the feast that I had at this gem. It was as though each dish had been assembled by a thousand proud italian chefs. The owners, Lucy & Jack, are available -if not present every night. They're a magical pair of true italian world travelers, filled with integrity, and fabulous stories. Just wait until you see what Jack used to do for a living, so impressive! Treat yourself, treat a loved one, or throw a party; I highly reccomend one of Palm Springs best kept secrets, Villa Abbate, I can't speak enough of it, see for yourself.
Pros: The food is of such high quality and flavor. It is so Homemade you'll feel like your in an italian's home for dinner.
