Review content:
I regularly ordered takeout from Panda when I still worked in New Windsor. Their delivery service, during the day and early evening at least, was remarkably quick for a takeout business. Also, they take checks (pretty much unheard of, and somewhat risky on their part, in my own opinion). The food at Panda is great, as far as Chinese restaurants in this area go. The food isn't too greasy, the vegetables are nice and crisp. The restaurant itself appears fairly clean. These are all important things to me! I definitely recommend them. I know many people working in Newburgh who order from this New Windsor restaurant because there are no comparable Chinese restaurants around.
