Review content:
I expected a good experience based on the good AAA name. I was about the 4th person in line for an 8am Saturday morning oil change. After an hour I decided to check on what was taking so long. I watched the "mechanic" check my battery, my charging system etc. etc., smoke a cigarette, eat his breakfast, use the bathroom, have a coffee...then another hour later report a list of problems. The car is fine, I just wanted an oil change.
3 months later...I check under the hood the oil cap was never put on! If the guy wasn't so concerned with padding an oil change bill maybe he would have done it right!
Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY!
Pros: clean bathroom
Cons: poor service
