I read the owner's comments and was blown away. My wife and I were also very unhappy. The pictures were blurry and the tech rushed us through. This is clearly a volume business where getting people out the door is the first priority. He never offered a reshoot. That is what we were asking for, and he was arrogant, rude and condescending. He refused a reshoot when we asked for one. On the phone, this guy sounds like he is a young guy, inexperienced and with absolutely no idea of customer relations much less satisfaction. Pregnancy is an emotional experience for a woman, and seeing pictures of her child is amazing. This guy turned it into a debacle, with my wife crying and upset for days. Stay away from this guy and his business, if you want your wife to have a good experience.
