My husband and I used Marco Polo Caterers for our wedding in October of 2005, and we couldn't have picked a better vendor. The food was outstanding (although we didn't get to eat that much), the tables were set up beautifully, and the service was great!
Our account rep was completely on-the-ball and the visions I had in my head wouldn't have come to fruition without him.
We recently attended another wedding they were catering and the food was just as good as I had remembered! our account rep was there, and he was really happy to see us.
I will definitely use Marco Polo the next time I need to have something catered.
