Businiess name:  Berry Pines Apartments

Review content:
Berry Pines Apartments are located on Berryhill Rd in Milton. The apartments are older, probably built in the 1960's or 70's but are well maintained and improvements and upgrades have been made. The apartments themselves are small but nice and have quite a bit of storage for their size. The amenities include laundry facilities but there is no pool or workout room. The grounds are well-maintained and neat but not glamorous. The prices are affordable and it appears to be a nice, comfortable community. I tried to get information on rent amounts, apartment availability and requirements. I phoned and phoned got no answer and left messages. I did not once get a call back. I kept phoning. No one ever answered and most of the time I could not even leave a message because the mailbox was full. I stopped by the office and it was not open. There was a note on the door. Long story short, I called about two dozen more times and left about six more messages and stoped by half a dozen more times before I caught someone in the office. The office manager was very nice. The phone rang off the hook while I was there and he never once answered it. I decided that if it was that hard to get ahold of someone just to get information about renting that it would probably be equally as hard to get a response regarding any problems or issues I might have as a tenant. To me it wasn't worth it. I may be wrong but it is something you might want to consider when making the decision to rent an apartment there.
