Review content:
This gym is not a typical gym. There are no showers, no pool, no hot tub, no treadmills. However there is incredibly helpful and friendly staff, personalized attention, and a wonderful sense of acceptance. It's a gym just for women that features a 30 minute workout. The women there range in size and age. Some are probably 300 lbs and some are 100 lbs, some are 75 and some are 25, and yet everyone talks and gets along while you work out. Everyone is just trying to get fit and feel better about themselves in some way or another. The staff is there to help you with the machines and almost always remembers your name. You won't find that at a regular gym! They also have a weight loss program which helped me lose 21 lbs!
