I AM CURRENTLY A RESIDENT AT LODGE AT SEVEN OAKS. WHERE DO I BEGIN. THE MANAGEMENT IS THE MOST BRAINLESS GROUP OF RETARDS WHO EVER GOT INTO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. FOR EXAMPLE THEY CONTRACT WITH A TOW COMPANY NAMED "A&E" TOWING WHO WILL RIDE AROUND THE COMPLEX AND PLACE 8x11 INCH ORANGE STICKERS ON YOUR CAR IF THE REGISTRATION DOES NOT SHOW CURRENT STICKERS RIGHT IN THE DRIVERS VIEW. NOT COPS DOING THIS BUT PRIVATE TOW COMPANY. WE LIVED IN OUR NEW APARTMENT ONE NIGHT AND FOUND THIS.
THE MAINTENANCE STAFF SHOWS UP WHEN EVER THEY DAMN WELL PLEASE MOSTLY WITH OUT CALLING AND WILL ENTER WITHOUT ASKING PERMISSION. I COMPLAINED THAT OUR BEDROOMS WERE COLDER OR HOTTER THAN THE REST OF THE HOUSE AND WAS TOLD BY THE HEAD BALLBAG FIXER HIMSELF THAT THE WINDOWS WERE NOT SEALED VERY WELL AND THEREFORE WILL LEAK ENERGY COST OUT THE WAZOO.
THE APARTMENT HAS FRESH PAINT CHIPS EVERY DAY SOMETIMES IN MY DAUGHTERS MOUTH. i BROUGHT MY OWN WASHER AND DRYER AND ASKED THEM TO REMOVE THEIRS WHICH TOOK AT LEAST 6 PHONE CALLS OVER A 2 MONTH PERIOD, AND BY TIME THEY GOT AROUND TO DOING IT THE STAFF TOLD ME THAT THEY FILLED THAT STORAGE SPACE AND THEREFORE HAD NO MORE ROOM. THE COMPLEX WASHER/DRYER IS SITTING OUT ON MY FRONT PATIO.
THERE IS ONLY ONE DUMPSTER FOR THE ENTIRE 150 ACRE COMPLEX AND ITS ON THE COMPLETE OTHER SIDE OF THE COMPLEX. THAT MEANS EVERY COUPLE DAYS I HAVE TO LOAD MY CAR WITH SMELLY GARBAGE AND DRIVE IT OVER.
KITCHEN SINK DOES NOT HAVE SPRAYER HOSE, GRANITE STONE FLOORS ALWAYS DIRTY, CANT KEEP STONE CLEAN. PAIN TO SCRUB. AIR COND/HEAT UNIT RIGHT OUT SIDE DINING ROOM AND LOUD.
LUXURY APARTMENT MY BUTT. APARTMENT IS STYLED NICE BUT ONCE YOU LIVE THERE YOU REALIZE HOW DAMN INCONVENIENT THOSE LITTLE THING ARE. NEIGHBORS ARE SNOBBY. IN MY OPINION THE LODGE AT SEVEN OAKS IS A COLOSSAL WASTE OF MONEY FOR THE SERVICES GIVEN. ALL THE MOVIE THEATERS, FITNESS CENTERS,POOL TABLES AND EVERYTHING MEAN NOTHING WHEN YOU REALIZE HITLER IS YOUR LANDLORD
