Review content:
We had our old windows replaced by American Vision Windows recently. All employees we contacted, from sales (Jim), scheduling (Jason) to installer (Vince), are very courteous. They were willing to answer all questions we had. The installtion crew showed up on time as they promised; they were very efficient and they cleaned up after the work was done. I would recommend AVW to anyone.
As a side note, we ordered Anlin Low-E Dual Pane windows, which we think is a very smart choice. Neighborhood noises are not bothering us anymore when we sleep. The windows keeps the house warm in winter days - a great contribution to help the global warming!
Pros: Great customer service, quality work
Cons: Price is slightly higher but worth it
