I used Manpowers service when I was looking for a side job a few months ago. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The day I went in to apply for job placement, I was offered three job options. I was very pleased with their service and recommend if you are looking for a temporary job. The only thing I didn't like about using this service is that if you are placed on a job site, you are not allowed to apply for a position directly with that company. At least, you are not "suppose" to. And I think they are not "suppose" to hire you, some kind of contract, I assume. Other than that, it is a great service for temporary job placement.
