I have been taking my dog Sadie (13 years old) and my cat Josie (17 years old) to Jen and Annettes for their baths for several years now. Josie, being the cat she is is never excited about leaving the house, but Sadie LOVES Jen and Annette. She used to dance on her hind legs and give kisses when she saw them before her arthritis set in. Now she makes the attempt to get up on those hind legs,but of course she can no longer do that. They are so gentle with both my babies. Sometimes Josie gets a little stressed, but no medications are ever used. They just give a little time to relax in a cage and then finish later. I even take Sadie just for nail trims in between baths. I could take her to the Vet who's closer, but Sadie has kind of wierd nails that grow really fast and Jen and Annette do a lot better job that lasts longer. I have a great Vet too, but that's what a groomer specializes in isn't it?
They may not have the fanciest shop in town, but they make up for it in their efforts to please both their human and pet customers. I trust them completely. They go out of their way to provide excellent service and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
