Forget everything you've heard about used car dealers -- things are different here. It's been three months since I bought my used Volvo from Gary Sweet at Bob Byers and I still think I got a great car at a great price and I still remember and appreciate the pleasant, unpressured buying experience. One example of how things are done here is that they even offered to have a detailer erase a few scratches for free -- without my asking and even though the car was already bought and paid for. Finally, since the car is certified, I know it will be running well for a long time.
