I had procedures done at Sona in connection with a project through Alma Lasers. I have to say that all of the staff was very friendly, courteous and very concerned about my comfort. The physicians are extremely professional and have an amazing "bedside" manner. They LISTEN to concerns and are genuine. I underwent hair removal using the Soprano XL as well as Accent and Pixel treatments. That was almost 8 months ago and I'm still raving about the results. Unfortunately, IL is a hike for me so I was able to find a physician with the same lasers in WI. I called Sona to get medical records and they were more than happy to help me out. I'd go back to Sona in a heartbeat if it wasn't 2 hours away.
