Jeanne is very good with followup but found questions like "why do you want her to go parttime"? unprofessional and awkward. The "tour" was very very quick and there are alot of great things about the daycare like diversity, space, toys and projects. The downside is that they wanted alot of money up front to so call secure a space for our child, this made us feel that our daughter was just another kid that was "income" rather than a human being. We went with someone else that was more personable. We hope that she takes into account that we know she has bills to pay but IT'S ABOUT CARING and not only money. Pros: Huge yard, alot of toys and activities (or so it seemed) Cons: THEY WANT ALOT OF MONEY AND NOW TO "SECURE A SPOT"
