i'm a frequent sushi eater. and i am disappointed with
this place. it is ALL about the decor and the sauces here.
good fishes are supposed to be enjoyed with just some
wasabi, soy sauce, salt and lemon. not drowned in some
thick mayo sauce over the fried shrimp thing or the burnt
fried onion on the albacore! just too much. at least
they could've got the tuna right but NO!! the tuna sushi was
too thready with that tough white thingys. a restaurant just
blown out of proportion. the chain is getting way too huge
they are missing all the details.
Pros: fancy place with some variety
Cons: too much sauce etc
