13 minutes passed (I looked at my watch) before our server greeted us. When my husband ordered coffee she said would take a while because they had one coffeemaker. A minute later she brought coffee refills to her table behind us. Couldn't the refills wait so my husband, a new guest, could get one cup? She never asked us how our food was until we were finished despite my husband needing another drink and wanting another side dish. We felt completely ignored the entire time were were there, thinking something was wrong with us. On a positive note, our food came out in a timely manner (by other servers) and was absolutely delicious: puffy and golden shrimp fritters, and melty pecan caramel rolls. Despite the excellent food, however, it will definitely be a while before we consider returning because of the service we received.
