I got a decent deal from them on my Civic. They were very nice even though I got the typical fake, "Let me go ask my manager if I can give you this price" play. I got the car for the price I wanted. However, the day I was supposed to pick it up, they said it wasn't in the garage. They say they looked all over and didn't know where it was. My salesperson called me later that day They say they had it there the whole time but overlooked it. I doubt it. I think they found one somewhere close and drove it over there because there was quite a disparity between the odometer reading on the sales ticket and what it read upon delivery. They never did give me a straight answer as to why that was. They have been very nice about servicing and did throw in a freebie when I bought the car.
