Review content:
We had them respond to a flooded house. They "talked the talk" but did not deliver. They did not monitor the drying-out process, which resulted in warped flooring. They did not show up for appointments. They did not return phone calls. They did not do what their estimate said they would. They required full payment up-front (DON'T EVER DO THIS!). We paid them via bank check witnessed by two other people. Eight months later, they sent TWO collection agencies after us for a bill that was PAID IN FULL.
Every entry I've found for this company on the web has a different address/city (Colo Spgs, Peyton, Calhan, etc.), but ALL have the same phone number. BEWARE!
