I have had issue after issue with the crappy employees in this place. it ticks me off when you have employees who just dont care. just a couple of experiences the come to the top of my head - the time i went in to put a preorder on a game and waited 10 mins for the only person working to get off the phone with his friend . asking when the release date street fighter 4 was and having the associate reply "street fighter??? hrmmmm never heard of it...." now i know i might be just picking on the kid for not knowing what street fighter was but give me a break, you work in a video game store! there have to be teens that would love a job like that. i guess my biggest problem is that i, being an extremely casual video gamer, know a helluva lot more about the product then they do when they get paid to do it. i'm not saying run to gamestop or anything like that, i'm just saying do your research online and don't depend on the guys at the counter. Pros: disk protection coverage Cons: worthless employees
