Review content:
We used Va Country Real Estate when we went looking for our house... This was a year ago when finding a house in our price range meant putting an offer in within a day of it being listed or it was sold. We put in 4 offers in all. Tons of paperwork each time. The 2nd one was even accepted with provisions that we wouldn't agree to so we kept looking. The whole time our agent kept looking and working het butt off to find us the right house. Finally one came on the market Friday afternoon. It was ours by Monday. Very different experience compared to the agents I've used in the past who didn't want to seem bothered unless it was time to collect a commission check.
