I had these guys come out to our condo before we sold it to give me an estimate on cleaning our carpet. Keep in mind that the carpet is less than five years old and less than 1100 square feet. They estimated the cleaning to be over $200!! I just don't have that kind of money! And even though cleaning the stairs would be included, there were a lot of "extras" that he kept wanting to throw into the purchase. I went with a different company and saved over half of Peerless' estimate.
