Review content:
I never would have thought about coming here to eat, but I had some friends in from out of town who wanted to do something very ""L.A."" Admittedly, I was expecting a bit of a scene with people talking at volume 10 about the next script they were working on, but there was none of that. It was comfortable, relaxing and refreshingly casual. It was an ideal setting for brunch with friends. We sat outside in the courtyard area. It was enclosed by trees with a gorgeous view of the hotel. The service was outstanding and I had the best eggs benedict I've ever tasted. It was -- even for me -- the ideal Hollywood experience.
Pros: perfect place for brunch, historic hollywood setting
Cons: try not to take separate cars, parking is limited
