If you have a problem then don't even think about directing it to this store. The people who work here have been trained to blow off any technical support questions that you have. I have heard them repeatedly tell customers that they have to call the customer support line instead of answering basic questions. I just think that the store could use a little more customer satisfaction. You might want to get your next plan over the phone. From my experiences, the phone reps have always been nice. A good company. A bad store.
