I bought my Pontiac from Jim Fresard in April last year. My sales person was courteous, but definitely had the "sales guy" attitude. He wanted me to buy the car, and get out of there. He wasn't 100% truthful with me, and I ended up paying more than I was told, which I had to discuss with management. It was straightened out in the end, but I would hesitate before going back to Fresard, and before recommending it to friends.
